On 17th March 2017, Langat Sewerage Project organised “Majlis Doa Selamat & Solat Hajat” at Surau Al-Hidayah, Kampung Sungai Balak, Kajang. The event started with congregational Maghrib prayer led by Ustaz Tn. Haji Rashid, Imam for Surau Al-Hidayah. Ketua Kampung Sungai Balak, Tuan Haji Ramlan Bin Abu gave a welcoming remark followed by a short speech from Project Director for MMC PLSB, Major Zulkarnain Yaakub in which he thanked the communities for their cooperation and seeking their continuous support during project implementation.

The event continued with Yaasin citation and ended with Solat Isya’ and Solat Hajat. Present at the event were Hulu Langat Land and District officers, the management as well as employees of MMC Pembetungan Langat Sdn Bhd and MMC Engineering Services Sdn Bhd. The event concluded with a dinner reception attended by 170 participants.
