Langat Sewerage Project had organized HSE Day and 5R Campaign at Langat Sewerage Project Site Office, Kg Sg Balak, Kajang from 16 October 2018 until 26 October 2018. The purpose of the campaign is to raise awareness on waste management system and environmental issues among project staff.

Project Director for Langat Sewerage Project, Encik Azhar Kasa delivered an opening speech highlighting on the practicing of 5R in construction waste management system which including of Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Recovery. Following that, a talk by Alam Flora on 5R Concept & Waste Management Issues and Grand Toolbox Session which received a good respond from the crowd.

Aside from that, variety of activities were organised during the campaign such as free health screening offered by Sunway Medical Centre and Pantai Hospital as well as Recycle Contest which open to all project staff to attract the contribution towards recycle practice.
