On 21st and 22nd May 2016, MMC Pembetungan Langat Sdn Bhd (MMC PLSB) recently held a Team Building Event at Tanah Aina Fahad, Raub, Pahang. It is an In-house event which involves 85 participants from all staffs of MMC PLSB.  The event was also participated by Ir Chee Weng Loon, Group Head of Engineering and Construction from MMC Corporation Berhad, En Izham Ab Wahab, Head of Group Human Resources and En Abdul Fatah Endut, Chief Executive Officer of MMC Engineering Services Sdn Bhd. The event was organised to strengthen the ties and teamwork among the MMC PLSB staffs and to increase the productivity of the project in the future.
 
Lighthouse Consultancy was appointed as the consultant to conduct the teambuilding activities for the whole event. There are four modules which are Personal Profiling, Team Forming, Team Working and Team Synergizing. All activities were held in an enjoyable atmosphere as it was filled with fun and laughter by all participants. The participants had also signed the commitment pledge to show their commitment and full responsibility on the project which was the highlight of the event.
