On the 13th July 2017, Langat Sewerage Project held a second town hall session with the residents of Taman Cheras Hartamas for zone 1 sewerage piping network at the basketball court of Taman Cheras Hartamas. The session was participated by the representative from Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan (JPP), AJP-MFA (Project Management Consultant) and management team from MMC Pembetungan Langat Sdn Bhd.

The purpose of the event is to encourage the residents to participate in the dilapidation survey before the construction works being carried out in Taman Cheras Hartamas. The resident’s participation is important to get the consent from the house owner to allow the Dilapidation consultant to do the dilapidation survey in their premises. As a result, majority of the residents agreed and registered for the participation of the dilapidation survey after being supported by the head of association of Taman Cheras Hartamas itself.

At the end of the session there were question and answer session which provide two-way communication between the public and the contractors which is effective for future actions to be taken before proceeding with the construction inside their residential area.
