Pembetungan Langat Sdn Bhd corporate communication has received a complaint from YB Puan Tiew Way Keng, ADUN for Teratai where she highlighted issues from communities of Taman Megah Jaya with regards to sewage project. YB subsequently requested representatives from the contractor company to join her to meet with the residents to resolve arising issues on the said area. 
However, there was miscommunication, as YB attended the complainants from residents of Taman Megah Jaya of Ampang instead of Cheras, a project under Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan supervision from different package (D54).

From this site-visit Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan and Project Management Consultant took the opportunity to meet Mr. Tan with regards to his concern raised earlier on the red marking done by the surveyors.  After listening to justifications provided by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan, Mr. Tan has expressed his satisfaction and was very grateful for the pro-active action taken by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan and contractor to meet and act on his concerns.
